The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is updated in addition to the Apple Watch Series 11 and Apple Watch SE 3. Apple's most durable watch is given a larger LTPO3 screen through a thinner bezel. With support for up to 1Hz only, the AOD system on the watch face can be refreshed faster than the previous generation.
The Apple S10 chip is used and it is matched with a battery that can last up to 72 hours in low power mode and 42 hours in normal mode. Charging for just 15 minutes can provide up to 12 hours of use this time.
This smartwatch also supports the same 5G network as supported on the Apple Watch Series 11 and also satellite communication in emergency situations. This watch can send SMS and location to get help.
The screen is made of sapphire glass that is more durable than the regular Apple Watch. The titanium body also passes the WR100 standard, allowing it to be taken diving up to 40 meters and IP6X water and dust resistance.
Like the Apple Watch Series 11, the Watch Ultra 3 is also given the ability to detect high blood pressure. This is done by analyzing data for 30 days. This is an added feature in addition to maintaining the ability to track diving, swimming, cycling, extreme running and a special alarm button in emergency situations.
Also as announced at WWDC, the use of watchOS 26 brings a new Sleep Score feature to see more sleep patterns, real-time language translation mode is activated, conversation dialogue will be displayed on the watch face, Siri is smarter on the watch and Workout Buddy which becomes a virtual trainer for users.
The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is offered in natural and black colors with a starting price of RM3,699. Pre-orders and sales in Malaysia have not been announced but new watch straps for the Apple Watch UItra can be purchased starting September 19. Also on offer is the Apple Watch Hermes Ultra 3 with Scub'H Diving option at RM 7049 and En Mer at RM 6399.
