Bowers & Wilkins has launched the new Px8 S2 headphones as an update to their range of audio accessories. The design is slimmer and more comfortable with a more durable headband. It is also made of Nappa leather, foam cushions and a strong aluminum headband.
The Px8 S2 features the same 40mm carbon fiber audio drivers as before but now comes with an upgraded structure, support and magnets. It is also equipped with a special sound system and an improved digital processor to reduce sound artifacts. The headphones also support aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless, and will receive the LC3 and Auracast codecs via an app update.
The headphones are equipped with eight microphones with a new arrangement that are also combined with ADI PureVoice technology for clearer calls. Users can also update and adjust the equalizer via the Bowers & Wilkins Music app or select True Sound mode.
The included battery can last up to 30 hours with ANC while a 15-minute charge offers 7 hours of use. These headphones can also be folded and stored in a special case complete with a USB-C to 3.5mm cable and USB-C to USB-C.
For those interested, these headphones are available in Malaysia for RM3,299.
