Malaysia Airlines is now offering an artificial intelligence-powered cabin crew, named Maya. Through it, it functions as a cabin crew, and helps answer a number of questions in flight.
For now, it is not known when full integration in flights will be implemented. Through the demo shown, Maya can answer in English, but understands questions asked in Malay or English. It is still in its early stages, and it is seen that it will continue to be improved day by day, not to mention that with the use of artificial intelligence, it will be able to learn from various user questions.
Malaysia Airlines is seen as one of the earliest in introducing this artificial intelligence-powered digital cabin crew. It is also not impossible that we will see various variations of different digital cabin crew characters offered in the future.
