Apple today officially introduced the Apple M5 processing chip, which is said to offer significantly better performance than last year's Apple M4. The Apple M5 is built with a 3-nanometer build, and also comes with a new 10-core GPU architecture with integrated Neural Accelerator on each core.
With this chip, it not only offers better graphics support, but also operates faster for artificial intelligence-based tasks. According to Apple's comparison, the M5 offers 45% better graphics performance than the M4.
The Apple M5 brings a 10-core CPU that combines four performance cores and six efficiency cores. It also comes with memory support of up to 32GB of RAM, and Unified Memory Bandwidth of up to 153GB/s.
Along with the introduction of this chip, it was also announced that the Apple M5 chip will be offered together with the new 14-inch MacBook Pro, the new iPad Pro and also an update for Apple Vision Pro.
