Apple Reportedly Has Started Considering a Successor for Tim Cook

Tim Cook previously replaced Steve Jobs as CEO since August 2011, and since then, various improvements and advancements have been brought to the company. Tim Cook himself has now served for more than 14 years as CEO for Apple, and has brought the company's value beyond $4 trillion.

Under Tim Cook, Apple has also shifted to developing its own processing chips across devices, allowing Apple to control the entire ecosystem from hardware to software. Several projects have also been developed, some successful and some not. The car project has been canceled, and the development of the Vision Pro is now said to be more focused on a smart glasses-shaped device. In addition, Apple is also still facing challenges in the artificial intelligence arena.

Most recently, according to a Bloomberg report, it is said that the technology company Apple has started considering several successors to Tim Cook as CEO. One of the people said to be named is John Ternus.

John Ternus is said to be one of the main candidates to replace Tim Cook due to his advantages in the technical arena, and has helped the company in product development. With the challenges Apple has been facing lately, it is said that candidates with technical expertise will have an advantage.

With this development, let's all wait and see who will be Tim Cook's successor in continuing to lead Apple in the future. For your information, so far there is still no information regarding when Tim Cook will retire, and this step is more of a preparation for the board of directors in preparing a suitable candidate when the time comes.
