CIMB Bank Berhad and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad would like to inform you that there will be a temporary disruption to MyDebit services in October 2025 due to planned scheduled maintenance works.
This disruption is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, 14 October 2025 from 12:00 midnight to 2:00 am. It will be followed by two consecutive days, namely on Saturday, 25 October 2025 and Sunday, 26 October 2025 from 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am respectively.
CIMB management apologises for any inconvenience caused during this disruption period and greatly appreciates the continued support from customers. For any further enquiries, customers may contact the customer service centre or visit the bank's official website.
