Huawei in China has now received certification approval for a new smartphone called the Huawei Mate 70 Air. This phone is expected to come with a thin design, in line with several recent smartphone offerings with thin and light designs.

At this time, the thickness of the phone is still unknown. The Huawei Mate 70 Air will use a 6.9-inch screen, with up to 512GB of storage and up to 12GB of RAM. Huawei may also use eSIM integration on this smartphone to maintain its thinness.
This new phone is seen to be marketed in China, and comes with the HarmonyOS 5.0 operating system built-in.
