Police PDRM Summons
In parallel, discounts based on early payment will be implemented, replacing the previous method of granting discounts that was unfair to those responsible for paying summonses early. Under the new structure, discounts are given up to 50% for those who pay within 15 days, and they decrease according to the period for which they are delayed.
1–15 days: 50% reduction
16–30 days: 33% reduction
31–60 days: maximum rate
61 days and above: court action / blacklist
The government will implement this starting January 2026. In parallel, the government will provide a discount of between 50% and 70% for JPJ and PDRM summonses starting from 1 November 2025 until 30 December 2025. After this period, no reduction will be offered for summonses that are not paid within 30 days.
The government also emphasizes that all road users must settle outstanding summonses before 30 December 2025.
