Maxis says this virtual assistant interacts 24/7, making it easier for users to get help at any time regarding Maxis products and services. To make this possible, Maxis is using Google Cloud support, and the Gemini model.
Miya has been introduced starting today in stages to all Maxis app users. For Maxis customers, you can update or download the latest Maxis app via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
