Honor Earbuds S was also launched in China as a new update to their audio accessories. It comes in soft color options such as blue, pink and white and is said to be the lightest in its class for comfort of use.
These earphones are designed for daily use with support for hybrid active noise cancellation up to 49dB. However, the actual performance depends on the ear pads, ear canal shape and wearing style. In addition, they are equipped with dual-microphone AI technology that filters out background noise to ensure clearer calls.
Each earphone is 12.4mm in size with the ability to enhance bass sound while maintaining clarity at various frequencies. It also supports spatial audio with specific settings for music, movies and games. In addition, Honor uses a customized bass algorithm to produce deeper low-end performance.
Honor Earbuds S also offers a battery life of up to 9.5 hours when ANC is turned off while the included charging pod can extend the total life to 42.5 hours. It also supports fast charging where a 10-minute charge provides up to three hours of playback time. Additionally, each earphone weighs just 5.3g and comes with IP54 water resistance.
Complementing the earphones is the Honor AI Space app that supports earphone finder with ringing alert, while smooth touch controls allow users to easily control playback, calls and noise cancellation modes.
