Mozilla, the developer behind the popular Firefox web browser, today announced that it is developing support for integrating artificial intelligence into their web browser, under a feature called “AI Window”.
Through it, it gives users a controlled space to chat with an AI assistant, which can also help users in performing a number of tasks. This feature can be activated by the user when needed, giving users complete control – unlike the artificial intelligence integration in other web browsers.
Mozilla also says that it will also show how data is used, and is more transparent than many other web browsers – in line with the openness championed by Mozilla. According to the description provided, it can be activated in the same way as activating a window for private browsing in Firefox.
For now, this feature is labeled as upcoming, and those of you who are interested can register interest through the Firefox AI page.
