The MYJalan road complaint application is now available with its latest version, MYJALAN 2.0, which features a cleaner interface and smart features that make it more user-friendly.
Among the main innovations introduced are the convenience of registering complaints via audio functions (AI Speech-to-Text), the ability to save draft complaints and the option to log in using email or MyDigital ID. In addition, this new version is also equipped with a more accurate GPS system in addition to providing access to highway CCTV information, motorcycle shade areas, risky locations (blackspots) and disasters. Users can also check the emergency line (SOS) at any time to increase the level of safety and comfort while on the road.
With these improvements, MYJALAN 2.0 not only makes it easier for users to channel road-related complaints but also increases the effectiveness of delivering information to the authorities.
