NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 Super Launch May Be Delayed Until Mid-2026

We previously reported that NVIDIA will introduce its “refreshed” GeForce RTX 5000 Super graphics card series early next year, featuring higher core and memory specifications for several models such as the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Super and GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Super.

Now, it seems that the launch of the graphics card series is expected to be delayed until mid-2026. This is because it has been reported that graphics card companies have not yet received the final specifications for the graphics card series for them to prepare to launch it early next year.

Initially, there were reports that NVIDIA would cancel the launch of the graphics card series due to a shortage of the required DRAM memory chips, and instead is expected to focus on developing new artificial intelligence graphics cards.

NVIDIA has seemingly denied the claims by confirming that the graphics card series will still be launched next year, but with details about the graphics chips still unknown, it is not known for sure whether the graphics card series will actually be canceled, or simply delayed.
