Vivo today launched its latest flagship phone, the vivo X300 series, in Malaysia. The device combines the latest processor chip and operating system to produce smooth performance and deliver a responsive user experience.
The Vivo X300 comes with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 4500 nits. It is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chip with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage for smooth performance. The device runs the OriginOS 6 operating system that is available globally, complete with features such as Flip Cards, One Tap Share and vivo OfficeKit.
The Vivo X300 Pro is equipped with a ZEISS camera system that includes a 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto, a 50MP main with gimbal support, a 50MP ZEISS ultra-wide and a 50MP front camera. The included Pro Imaging VS1 chip supports 4K Stage All-in-One recording, Dolby Vision 4K video at 120fps and 4K 10-bit Log recording. It also offers up to 20x long-distance motion recording and a special telephoto mode for clearer subjects.
In addition, the X300 Pro is backed by a 6510 mAh BlueVolt battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. It also comes with ZEISS Master Color display, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and AI SuperLink technology. The 3D unibody glass design with Coral Velvet Glass technique highlights the premium style while the IP68/IP69 rating provides protection against dust and water.
Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 uses a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. It is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9500 chip combined with 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage for fast and stable performance. Its camera system includes a 200MP main camera, 50MP APO telephoto, 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP wide-angle front.
In addition, the Vivo X300 supports 4K Stage All-in-One recording, Pro 4K video at 120FPS and is equipped with features such as Adaptive Zoom Flash, AI One-Shot Multi-Crop and portrait mode for clearer image results. It is equipped with a 6040 mAh BlueVolt battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. ZEISS Master Color display, cooling system, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and AI SuperLink technology also complete the premium features of this device.

The selling price for the vivo X300 starts at RM3,599 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and RM3,899 for the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant. The vivo X300 Pro is offered at RM4,699.
