OpenAI has updated ChatGPT Images with up to four times faster image generation and better editing options. The GPT Image 1.5 model is available to customers today.
The new image editing screen makes it easy for users to create images that match their vision in their head or get inspired by current trends, and offers several preset filters.
The image editing features ensure that key elements such as lighting, composition, and output are more consistent with the prompts given by the user. With GPT Image 1.5, OpenAI aims to compete with Google’s Nano Banana, which is seen as the best image generative AI to date.
