Grab has now announced the availability of GrabShuttle services in Johor, making it easier for users in Johor who want to ride the Electric Train Service 3 (ETS3) which has started operations since 12 December 2025. Grab supports areas near JB Sentral Station, allowing users to make ride-hailing bookings for trips to and from the station.
Through GrabShuttle, you will share a ride to your destination with up to 3 other passengers. With this move, it will reduce costs, and optimize the route for passengers who want to ride ETS3.
Previously, GrabShuttle was offered in the Putrajaya area, allowing users to make bookings to and from Putrajaya Sentral. Each booking will share up to 3 other passengers, and GrabShuttle will pick you up within around 15 minutes to 30 minutes from the booking.
For those of you who are in Putrajaya and Johor Bahru, you can try this GrabShuttle service.
