Mirai Ningen Sentakki which means human washing machine was shown at Expo 2025 Osaka with it being sold at a whopping price of 60 million Yen (~RM 1.57 million) each with only 60 units to be produced. Surely many can't afford this unique washing machine but for those who still want to try it, it is now offered at Dotonbori Crystal Hotel III located in Osaka.
Hotel rooms with this washing machine are offered at a price of 18,000 yen (~RM 471) for a 90-minute session. With a body cleansing cycle taking up to 20 minutes, up to four users can try it for each session offered every day from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.
In addition to trying Mirai Ningen Sentakki for themselves, users can relax in the room which is also equipped with lounge chairs and a built-in sauna room. For those interested, reservations for the session can be made this week.
While sitting in the cleaning pod, users will be shown videos and soothing music. The Mirai Ningen Sentakki will track the pulse to see the stress level. After the cleaning cycle is complete, the water will be drained from the chamber and the user can exit to dry off.
