Redmi officially launched the Redmi Note 15 series globally yesterday after it was launched in China last August. Three different models namely Redmi Note 15 Pro+, Redmi Note 15 Pro, and Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G. All three come with attractive specifications with an emphasis on enhanced user experience. The global version is offered with several specification changes compared to the Chinese version.
Redmi Note15 Pro+ is the flagship model using a 6.83-inch screen with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It also supports various display technologies such as HDR10+, Dolby Vision and PWM 3840Hz for a comfortable viewing experience.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip with memory options of up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB UFS 2.2 storage. Dual main cameras with 200MP wide-angle (OIS) and 8MP ultra-wide lenses paired with a 32MP selfie camera. This is different from the 50+8+50 MP triple camera on the Chinese model.
The device is equipped with a 6500mAh battery with 100W fast charging support, in addition to passing up to four IP69K, IP69, IP68 and IP66 ratings. The battery is smaller than the 7000 mAh on the Chinese model which only supports 90W charging.
Next, the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G comes with a 6.83″ AMOLED 120Hz screen chip with Dolby Vision support. This is paired with the Dimensity 7400-Ultra chip, up to 12GB RAM, up to 512GB UFS 2.2 storage and a 6580 mAh battery with 45W charging.
The dual main cameras consist of a 200MP wide-angle lens (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 20MP front camera. It is also equipped with stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos audio support and NFC function.
Finally, the Redmi Note 15 Pro comes with a 6.77″ AMOLED 120Hz screen chip paired with the Helio G200 Ultra chip, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage and a 6500 mAh battery with 45W charging.

It is also equipped with stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos audio support and NFC function. All three devices are still using HyperOS 12 which is based on Android 15 which we find disappointing.
