Snapchat is introducing a new AI-powered lens called Animate It, the first AI-generated video lens on the platform. The lens is available exclusively to Lens+ subscribers, allowing users to create short videos more easily and more personalized.
With Animate It, users can turn ideas into unique, shareable short videos in seconds. The lens is built using Snap’s in-house AI video generation model, allowing users to create animations directly from their imagination.
It’s easy to use by tapping ‘Animate It’ via the camera, selecting a lens, then entering your own idea or using one of the available suggestions. The concept is then converted into a short video that can be shared on Snapchat or other platforms.
