The Sony Alpha 7 V has been launched previously and the selling price in Malaysia has begun to be listed. This camera is offered at RM11,999 for the body only. For limited purchases, customers also receive a gift worth RM701, namely a 128GB SF-E Card memory card and a NP-FZ100 battery for free.
In addition, Sony emphasizes that the units available are limited, indicating that the number of stocks is not large. At the same time, Sony is also providing an attractive rebate offer of RM1,200 for the FE 300mm F2.8 GM OSS lens and RM800 for several selected lenses such as Telephoto Zoom, Portrait, Video, Landscape and Street GM Lenses. This camera is now available at Sony Store and authorized distributors throughout Malaysia.
The Sony Alpha 7 V comes with a 33MP Exmor R CMOS sensor and 5-axis IBIS stabilization that supports Dynamic Active Mode for more stable video recording. It is paired with the new BIONZ XR 2 image processing engine and AI Processing Unit with up to 30% better subject recognition capabilities.
The camera offers up to 750 shots per full charge, a 759-point PDAF focusing system, and 4K 120p and Full HD 240fps slow-motion video recording. It also supports AI-based Auto Framing, an ISO range of 100–51,200, and 4:2:2 10-bit, S-Log3, and All Intra formats.
Complementing it is a Quad-VGA OLED EVF, a 3.2-inch vari-angle screen, CFexpress Type A memory cards, two USB Type-C ports, and an audio system with noise reduction.
