A promotional image has gone viral showing a new Honor device, the Air version of the Magic8 series. This model is expected to be launched in the near future as the Honor Magic8 Pro Air.
Its design features a combination of elements from Apple and Google Pixel, especially on the back. The camera arrangement consists of two horizontal modules with one elongated on the right side and a small bump resembling the iPhone Air on the side. The main camera is expected to come with a 50MP (1/1.3″) sensor like on the Magic8 Pro, but information about the two additional sensors has not yet been revealed.
As an ‘Air’ model, the thickness and weight aspects are a priority. This device comes with a thickness of only 6.1 mm and weighs around 155 grams. It is also equipped with a 5,500mAh battery which is considered sufficient for daily use. 80W fast charging support is also provided, which is enough to maintain a balance between performance and compact design.
Four color options are offered, namely orange, purple, white and black. If previously the mini model was the main choice of manufacturers, new trends show that this version will flood the market in the near future.
