It's no secret that Windows 11 has been plagued with issues for quite some time. Starting with performance issues even on powerful PCs, unsolicited Copilot integration and the latest update that only creates new problems. Even though we're still in January, three Windows 11 updates have been released, two of which were unplanned due to issues that arose after the first update was released.
In an official statement given to The Verge, Pavan Davuluri, president of Windows and devices at Microsoft, said "this year, you'll see us focus on addressing the issues we've consistently heard from customers: improving system performance, reliability and the overall Windows experience".
Microsoft no longer has an excuse not to fix various old and new Windows 11 issues as it is now used by over 1 billion PCs worldwide. Microsoft also no longer needs to update Windows 10, which ended support on October 14 last year.
