A new year brings new strategies. Ninja Van Malaysia today announced its 2026 strategic plan with a focus on strengthening its existing offerings that remain relevant to market needs.
In the announcement, Ninja Van reiterated its commitment to expanding services to more geographies while developing comprehensive logistics solutions to support current business needs.
At the same time, the company is working to expand its logistics capabilities beyond last-mile delivery to customers in line with the increasing demand for more reliable and comprehensive services.
Through this move, Ninja Van aims to support B2C and B2B flows with new offerings that include cold chain logistics, cargo transportation and an enhanced Ninja B2B Restock service.
In addition, Ninja Van plans to introduce intercity LTL (Less Than Truckload) routes and add Full Truckload (FTL) options in H2 2026 for mid-sized shippers. This move is expected to modernize cargo movement in a segment that previously relied on less flexible transportation methods. At the same time, B2B Restock services will be expanded to the industrial and manufacturing sectors, making replenishment speed a key advantage for businesses.
In the same announcement, Ninja Van also shared its achievements throughout 2025 including the expansion of Ninja Cold and the expansion of cross-border routes. At the same time, they also strengthened their focus on B2B logistics by addressing gaps in the still manual landscape in line with the increasing demand for end-to-end solutions.
As a result, Ninja Van recorded significant growth across key segments. In delivery to final destinations, the company successfully reached over 20 million parcel recipients across Malaysia. Meanwhile, Ninja Cold supports over 1,000 businesses and now handles around 100,000 cold parcels per month with full coverage in Peninsular Malaysia. At the same time, Ninja B2B Restock recorded double-digit growth year-on-year and supports over 250 businesses with fast and reliable replenishment cycles.
