Xiaomi today updated its smartphone lineup in Malaysia with the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G and Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G. Both come with attractive hardware in their class, in addition to designs that resemble each other.
Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G comes with a 6.83-inch 120Hz 1.5K AMOLED screen and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Furthermore, it is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. In addition, it is equipped with a 6500mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging via USB-C port.
This device is equipped with a 200MP main camera with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 32MP selfie camera. It also comes with Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, NFC support and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. In addition, it has water resistance with IP66/ IP68/IP69/IP69K standards while its software uses Xiaomi HyperOS.

In addition, it is waterproof with IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K standards while other features include an in-screen fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4 and Xiaomi HyperOS software.
In Malaysia, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G is offered at RM1699 for the 12GB + 256GB model with a free storage upgrade from 256GB to 512GB.
Pre-orders are open from 16 to 21 January 2026 with a free gift of an 8.7-inch Redmi Pad SE tablet with a protective case, while the opening sale runs from 22 January to 28 February 2026 with a free gift of a Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini.
As for the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, it is sold at RM1399 for the 8GB + 256GB version with a free storage upgrade from 256GB to 512GB.
Similar to the Pro+ model, pre-orders are open from 16 to 21 January 2026 with a free gift of a Redmi Pad SE 8.7″ with a protective case. Meanwhile, the opening sale runs from 22 January to 28 February 2026 with a free gift of a Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini.
