Ryt Bank is now among the digital banks that offer support for Google Wallet, allowing users to add Ryt Bank's Visa Debit card to Google Wallet, and then use it to make payments directly via smartphone.
Apart from Ryt Bank, another digital bank that supports Google Wallet is Boost Bank. Other banks that support it include Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Standard Chartered, and also support for Wise and Airwallex.
With Google Wallet, you can use an NFC-equipped Android phone, and touch it to a payment terminal in a store. This also makes it easier to make payments in physical stores without having to take out your wallet.
For your information, Ryt Bank is a non-syariah-compliant bank. Previously, it was marketed as the first digital bank to come with AI support, making it easier for you to make transactions from a conversational interface (chat).
