Based on initial information, it is likely to be a new wireless earphone marketed with the slogan 'Discover a new form of listening'. This shows that Sony seems to be providing something different than usual for this product.
Several viral images show the design of an open earbud-type earphone, which is now a trend among other manufacturers. This product was also leaked via the Blibli site before being withdrawn. In terms of design, it is seen to resemble elements that were previously brought by Huawei while the charging pod seems to be similar to those offered by Samsung.
This device may also be known as the Sony LinkBuds Clip with black, purple, green and white color options. The main focus is on longer battery life compared to the previous LinkBuds Open and Fit models, which is more than 8 hours. In addition, it is expected to come with better features and functions to provide a more immersive audio experience.
