MyDigital ID initially targeted to reach 15 million registered users by the end of 2025. However, the figure failed to be achieved, and according to current figures, MyDigital ID has 8.7 million registered users, with almost 400,000 accessing it every week.
Most recently, according to the target for 2026, MyDigital ID said they are aiming to reach 17 million registered users. They also aim to reach 13 million registered accounts by mid-2026.
This target is seen in line with previous collaborations with telecommunications companies, and moving forward, they will also integrate it with digital wallet and financial service providers, including banks.
MyDigital ID is positioned as a national digital identity provider, facilitating registration for government services, as well as a number of private services and applications.
