TikTok Shop Malaysia has now begun expanding its same-day delivery service offering, through what they call Instant Delivery. With this move, when users make a purchase at TikTok Shop and have Instant Delivery, they will receive the goods within a few hours.
TikTok Shop is currently limiting only items with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms, and a maximum delivery distance of 30 kilometers for this Instant Delivery. The charge is RM6.90 for under 10 kilometers, RM17 for 10-18km, and RM20 for 18-30km. This charge is said to be optimized from time to time, according to developments and demand.
Currently, TikTok Shop is in the process of introducing it in stages, and opening it to only a few shopkeepers, and is expected to expand it soon. In addition to TikTok Shop, Shopee is also ready to offer same-day delivery in several locations.
