Apple today officially introduced the MacBook Neo, a new series of laptops that come with a more competitive price, and with a choice of a number of cheerful colors. The laptop is offered at a price starting at RM2,499 in Malaysia.
The MacBook Neo comes with a 13-inch screen, powered by the Apple A18 chip that was previously used in the iPhone 16. The A18 Pro chip comes with a 6-core CPU, 5-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine.
Completing this laptop is 8GB of RAM, storage options of either 256GB or 512GB, and also an option with Touch ID support. It also includes two USB-C ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Apple says this laptop supports 16 hours of battery life.
The MacBook Neo with 256GB storage is offered at a price of RM2,499. While the MacBook Neo with 512GB storage and Touch ID is offered at a price of RM2,899.
