The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has now announced that it has instructed all telecommunications companies to continuously monitor network performance throughout the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration, and take immediate action if there is any disruption or deterioration in service quality.
In addition, MCMC itself will also play a role as a coordinator and monitor through state offices, as well as carrying out field monitoring at critical locations and areas of public attention.
If they encounter any disruption or deterioration in service quality, the public is advised to contact their respective telecommunications companies, and can also channel complaints to MCMC for follow-up action to be taken quickly and effectively.
