The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be launched as a new flagship phone in the market, including Malaysia. In addition to the camera system that is the focus, the priority of this device also lies in the latest operating system through ColorOS 16 which has been upgraded with several more sophisticated and comprehensive AI features.
Among the new features in ColorOS 16 is AI Mind Space which can function for the purpose of capturing the screen using Snap Key or three-finger swipe and is now given a smarter upgrade. After that, the captured information will be organized into a searchable smart memory. In addition, this system is also equipped with AI Bill Manager which is able to take payment details from digital invoices or physical receipts and then organize financial records automatically.
Next, there is also AI Mind Pilot which combines various AI models to answer questions based on the user's personal context. This function also allows users to compare perspectives from several models in one seamless experience.
In terms of smart assistance, ColorOS 16 introduces AI Menu Translation which is a feature that accurately translates menus, provides descriptions of dishes, identifies key ingredients and converts prices to the preferred currency. In addition, there is also AI Email Brief that provides a daily email summary by organizing meetings and tasks and giving the option to add them to the calendar.
For the basic experience, this system offers Live Space, which is a more flexible lock screen with capsule or stacked notification views. Finally, Oppo has also collaborated with Google to enable the Quick Share function with Apple devices, thus removing the barrier of file sharing between Android and Apple without the need for additional applications.
For those interested, pre-orders are open with early pickup starting from 2 May 2026. Exclusive offers include mystery gifts, a one-year screen protection plan at RM99 (valued at RM399) as well as My Oppo app privileges worth RM1,287.
