The Honor 600 series was launched in Malaysia a while ago. It brings various latest features and functions in its class and has also been repositioned as a flagship option at a more affordable price. For the record, the previous Honor series was more focused on the mid-premium segment.
Honor 600 and 600 Pro
The Honor 600 Pro is equipped with a 6.57-inch flat OLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 2728×1264 resolution, 458 PPI pixel density and HDR brightness of up to 8000 nits. It also supports HDR streaming from Netflix and Amazon as an attractive added value. This device is also paired with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 4 chip with a memory option of 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
In terms of cameras, the Honor 600 Pro comes with a 200MP Super Sensing main camera with f/1.9 aperture (CIPA 6.0 OIS support), a 50MP telephoto with f/2.8 aperture (CIPA 6.5 OIS and up to 120x zoom capability), a 12MP ultra-wide/macro and color sensor support. For selfies, it is equipped with a 50MP Portrait Selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Honor 600 Pro
Honor also emphasizes next-generation artificial intelligence-based photography capabilities including AI Super Zoom 2.0 up to 120x, AI Color Engine, AI Enhanced Night and Night Portrait which are exclusive to the Pro version. Through MagicOS 10 based on Android 16, AI-based image editing functions are also enhanced with AI Image to Video 2.0, AI Photo Agent, Moving Photo Eraser, Magic Color, AI Outpainting, AI Eraser, AI Cutout, Face Tune and AI Beauty.
Complementing the device is a 7000mAh Silicon-carbon Battery with support for 80W Honor SuperCharge fast charging and 50W Wireless Honor SuperCharge. It also passes the SGS 5-Stars Premium Performance Certification of Drop & Crush Resistance in addition to the IP68/IP69/IP69K rating. Meanwhile, the audio is equipped with stereo speakers with a dual-microphone noise reduction system.
Honor 600
The Honor 600 is also equipped with most of the same functions as the Pro version. This includes a 6.57-inch AMOLED FHD+ screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 8000 nits peak brightness. However, the processing chip is different with the use of Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 along with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.
It also brings a 200MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture and CIPA 6.0 OIS support then paired with an ultra-wide and 12MP macro and color sensor without telephoto like the Pro version. It also comes with a 7000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging alongside other specifications including IP68/IP69/IP69K protection and stereo speakers.
In Malaysia, the Honor 600 Pro is offered at a starting price of RM3,099 (12/256GB) and RM3299 (12/512GB). While the Honor 600 is available at RM2,599. More interestingly, there is an instant rebate of RM200 which makes the price of this device start at only RM2,399 (256GB) for the standard version then RM2,899 (256GB) and RM3099 (512GB) for the Pro version during the pre-order period until 29 April 2026.
