If so, today is your lucky day because we bring you news that the selling prices of several models of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Tab S11 tablet have started to increase in the United States according to a report by PhoneArena.
Depending on the model, all of the above devices are now between $40 and $280 more expensive. The trend that can be seen is that larger RAM and storage sizes bring higher price increases.
Many may be surprised why older devices are increasing in price and not the latest ones. This is because they are all new stock that has been affected by the impact of increasing NAND chip costs driven by high demand for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers. Just a few days ago, Microsoft increased the prices of all Surfaces in the United States for the same reason.
So far, our survey of the Samsung Malaysia online store shows that all of the above devices are still at their original prices when they were launched last year. But these are definitely all prices for old stock. As we said last year, the best time to buy a new device is yesterday. The second best time to buy is today.
