Sony Introduces INZONE H6 Air Gaming Headphones With 360° Spatial Audio Support

Sony has added another model to the INZONE lineup with the launch of the INZONE H6 Air, a wired gaming headphone with an open design. This model is positioned as a lightweight option for gamers who value sound accuracy while playing.

The design is similar to the INZONE H9 II but this time it uses aluminum ear pads with stepped holes designed to create a deeper spatial effect. Weighing only 199 grams without a microphone, it is therefore the lightest and most comfortable in its class.

The headphones use the same 40mm audio drivers as the Sony MDR-MV1 and are equipped with air ducts in the back to produce deeper bass without drowning out the midrange. It also has a headband with a sturdy hinge designed to provide additional comfort. An adjustable cardioid microphone is also included and is designed to reduce noise from the sides for clearer communication when playing together.

Additionally, the headphones come with a USB-C DAC adapter that allows access to the Sony INZONE app with a new Immersive: RPG/Adventure setting. This audio profile is tuned with input from the sound team at PlayStation Studios and includes RPG and Adventure-specific EQ settings that enhance environmental detail and sound depth. As of now, the price for the Malaysian market has not been announced and is only listed as upcoming.
