Time announced that they will no longer offer apps through the Huawei App Gallery starting April 25, 2026. After that date, apps with versions in the App Gallery will no longer be active and customers will no longer be able to process payments, view billing statements and manage accounts through apps downloaded through the App Gallery.
Time customers will only be able to do all of the above via the website from now on. This only applies to users who download the Time app through the App Gallery.
Based on our experience using Huawei devices over the past few years, sideloading apps is still possible. So if the app still wants to be used and updated to the latest version, customers will need to sideload it.
