Anthropic previously announced the introduction of the Claude Mythos model in the form of limited access, and focused on security and safety support through it. Several parties have been given access to use it, including Mozilla.
Most recently, Mozilla shared that through the use of Claude Mythos, they have found and patched around 271 vulnerabilities found in the latest Firefox web browser. Firefox 150 that is offered comes with the help of Claude Mythos in improving its security support.
This also indirectly shows positive developments for the Claude Mythos model by Anthropic. At the moment, it is not known when Claude will offer their model openly to all users around the world.
