Toyota Crown Seat Gaming Chair Inspired by the Toyota Crown Chair

The Toyota Crown is a Toyota car model developed and produced exclusively in Japan, and is often seen as a status symbol of wealth and importance in the country's social and economic hierarchy.

Recently, Toyota Boshoku, which is the division of the Toyota automotive company responsible for the design and development of the vehicle brand's seating and interior fittings, has collaborated with Itoki, an office furniture design company, to develop a gaming chair with the Toyota Crown car design, called the Crown Seat gaming chair.

This gaming chair is built using a gaming chair frame from Itoki, where Toyota Boshoku then used their expertise to produce the seat finish that would normally be seen on the Toyota Crown car model.

This includes the use of automotive-grade sponge and leather materials as well as motorized components that not only feature the ability to adjust the position of the motorized seat, but also three-stage seat heating and cooling, just like if you were sitting in the front seat of a Toyota Crown car.

This chair also comes with a removable and rechargeable battery, making it a motorized chair that does not need to be connected to a power supply all the time. Meanwhile, the seat belt buckle also comes with a USB Type-C plug that can be used to charge devices.

Unfortunately, only 70 of these Toyota Crown Seat gaming chairs have been produced, and they are limited to the Japanese market at a price of $3500 (~RM14,000).
