X Introduces Photo Editing Feature with Grok and Automatic Language Translation

Yesterday, the X application was updated with two more new features. First of all, it is a feature of more photo editing for users. It can blur certain parts of the image to remove confidential information and a native photo editing feature using Grok.

With this, users can ask Grok to change the photo they want to upload directly from the photo editing mode and not from the Grok screen as before. Editing can be done by giving Grok a prompt of what they want to change. X users can also add text to the image, similar to the feature that Instagram Stories has supported for a long time.

Next, tweets in the timeline will be automatically translated again with the help of Grok. Yesterday, we realized that many people complained that this feature was suddenly given and by default, causing confusion that suddenly the X timeline is all in Malay. It can be turned off for those who do not want the language translation to be done automatically.

All of these features are only available to X application users on iOS, with the Android version being provided at an unannounced date.
