Apple Wallet will soon have a feature that allows physical tickets or passes to be converted into digital tickets and passes. According to a Bloomberg report, this Create a Pass feature will be included in Apple Wallet through the iOS 27 update later.
Create a Pass allows the QR code on a ticket or pass to be scanned before it is then displayed in Wallet complete with available templates. The three templates that are being tested are Standard, Membership and Event.
Standard is the default version for various passes with an orange template. Mmbership is for membership funds such as gyms with blue venues. Finally, Event is for sports, concert, or movie tickets with a purple template.
With Create a Pass, it replaces the physical ticket photo taken in place of the physical ticket, for example, by storing it more organized than in the Photos gallery, which is hard to find.
