Meta is quietly experimenting with a new Forum app – which only displays the timeline of Facebook Groups that users have joined. It is very useful for those who may have a headache from browsing Facebook's timeline, there is so much content that they miss the updates of the Facebook Groups they have joined.
To access the Forum, users need to log in through their Facebook account. All the Facebook Groups they have joined will be listed on the timeline along with the forums that are deemed relevant to the user's interests. In addition to providing local access to all Facebook Group updates, users can also search for any question they want to ask. This is similar to the same feature supported on Reddit with answers written by all users to get the best solution.
Meta stated that the Forum is still in the testing phase and they often test new products publicly to see what is useful to users. At this time, the Forum is only accessible on iOS by users in the United States.
