Realme 16T is now official as a new model with mid-range specifications. The main highlight of this phone is the 8,000 mAh battery which is advertised to last for three days of use on a single charge. In addition, this battery supports 45W charging and supports 15W wired reverse charging.
Another highlight of the Realme 16T is the 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera on the back, combined with a 2MP monochrome. This main camera comes with several AI-powered photography features, including AI Portrait Glow which is able to analyze the lighting around the subject and add additional lighting effects to enhance the brightness of the subject.
In addition, AI Portrait Glow offers four lighting options namely Flash, Studio Light, Natural Light and Rim Light. The phone is also equipped with LumaColor IMAGE technology to produce more natural skin tones. The rear camera module also features Aura Flash and a selfie mirror to enhance the user's photography experience.
The Realme 16T also comes with a 6.8″ LCD display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,200 nit peak brightness. This display is paired with the Dimensity 6300 chip along with 8GB of RAM. The phone runs Realme UI 7.0 but Realme has not yet revealed the duration of software support that will be provided. It also passes MIL-STD-810H certification as well as IP66, IP68, IP69, IP69K and IP69 Pro ratings which makes it more durable in various conditions.
