If you are looking for a laptop that comes with a minimalist yet rugged design and a processing chip that is powerful enough to perform various office productivity tasks and has a long battery life, the Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen8 has been updated with the Intel Core 300 “Wildcat Lake” processing chip which is Intel’s latest affordable processing chip.
The Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen8 comes with a choice of Intel Core 3 304, Intel Core 5 315, Intel Core 5 320 and Intel Core 7 350 processing chips with DDR5 memory offerings from 8GB to 32GB and PCIe 4.0 SSD storage from 256GB to 1TB.
In terms of display, it comes with a 14-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1920×1200 and users can choose to get a panel with a touch screen or not. In terms of plug options, the ThinkPad E14 Gen8 comes with two Thunderbolt 4 plugs, two USB Type-A plugs, one HDMI 2.1 plug, one 3.5mm audio plug and one RJ-45 plug for wired internet connection.
Users are also given the option to load this laptop with a choice of 48WHr or 64WHr batteries with a not-so-expensive price increase.
The Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen8 laptop with the updated Intel Wildcat Lake processor chip is available via the Lenovo Malaysia website or local official distributors at a starting price of RM6222 for the Intel Core 5 315 configuration, 8GB of DDR5 memory and 256GB of SSD storage.
