Realme has now launched two more new smartphones for the Malaysian market with a focus on giant battery capacity, namely the Realme C100 and Realme C100i.
The Realme C100 5G is equipped with a 6.8″ IPS LCD screen, with a 144Hz refresh rate, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip, 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 256GB of eMMC 5.1 storage and a 7000 mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging.
The 50MP f/1.8 main camera on the back is matched with a 5MP f/2.2 front camera. Realme also states that it includes IP64 waterproof support, as well as a fingerprint scanner on the side. Realme is seen positioning the marketing of this device more for gig workers in Malaysia.
The Realme C100i features a 6.8-inch IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by a Unisoc T7250 chipset, 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, and a 7,000mAh battery that supports 15W wired charging.
The 8MP f/1.8 main camera on the back is paired with a 5MP f/2.2 front camera. Realme also says it includes IP64 waterproofing, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device currently supports 4G networks only.
Both the Realme C100 and C100i run the Realme UI interface based on Android 16. It has features like Google Gemini, Circle to Search, and several additional AI features like AI Eraser, photo editing, and face brightening.
The Realme C100 5G is priced at RM1099 for 4GB RAM and 256GB storage. For the introductory promotion period, the Realme C100 5G is priced at RM899. Meanwhile, the Realme C100i is priced at RM599 with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage.
