Claude Mythos Access Granted to 150 More Organizations in 15 Countries

Anthropic announced that access to the Claude Mythos model has been expanded to more than 150 more organizations in 15 countries today under the Project Glasswing initiative. Each organization granted access must meet strict security requirements before gaining access to the Mythos Preview model

Anthropic did not name the organizations or countries granted access, but the Financial Times reported that Okta, Samsung, SK Hynix, SK Telecom, NATO and cybersecurity agency ENISA were among those granted access. The countries that received it include Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium, India, Italy, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, New Zealand, France, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

More than 10,000 high-level and critical security vulnerabilities have been discovered by organizations that accessed the Mythos Preview. Anthropic said that models in the Mythos class cannot yet be made public because no company, including Anthropic, has strong enough protections to prevent abuse of the high-powered model.

Project Glasswing will be expanded to more critical partners including the US government and its allies. Anthropic plans to make the Mythos model publicly available once much stronger security protections have been developed.
