Rockstar Games today shared more about the video game offerings that many users around the world are waiting for, namely Grand Theft Auto VI. Pre-orders for it will begin tomorrow, and the GTA VI game will be officially launched to be played on November 19, 2026.
GTA 6 will be offered for PlayStation 5 and Xbos Series X|S first. Users who make purchases through pre-orders can start downloading this game starting November 12, 2026, and play it starting November 19. For those of you who buy the physical version, it will include a download code on the purchase box for you to download as well.
This change also shows that there will no longer be a game disc offered with the purchase of the physical version, instead it will be replaced with a download code. Rockstar said that no disc version is offered to prevent the game from leaking early. For those who still want GTA VI in disc form, it is believed that it will only be offered in early 2027.
For users who purchase this game before November 20, they will also receive several in-game accessories.
