The Honor X80 Pro Max was just launched this week with an 11,000 mAh battery. This is the largest battery capacity Honor has ever offered in a device. But now, leaker Digital Chat Station says that Honor is also developing a smartphone with a 14,000 mAh battery.
The smartphone is still in the early stages of development and is likely to be offered under the Honor Power series. Developments in silicon-carbon technology allow high-capacity batteries to be offered in thin devices.
Seven years ago, the Energizer Power Max P18K Pop with an 18,000 mAh battery was launched but its body was six times thicker than a regular phone. This was followed by the Energizer P28K, with a 28,000 mAh battery that is said to last a week.
