At the CES 2026 event earlier this year, HP introduced a number of new productivity and gaming computing products, where among the unique products shown was the HP EliteBoard G1a keyboard PC.
It is a computer that comes in the design of a keyboard, where this PC is powered by an AMD Ryzen AI 300 processor chip with an option of 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and 2TB of SSD storage. The keyboard design is also seen to come complete with a number pad on the side, with two USB Type-C plugs on the back to power this laptop and to allow it to be connected to a display plug.
There is an option to add a fingerprint scanner for a biometric system or a 32W battery allowing it to operate without a power cable for a while. The keyboard is also splash-proof to prevent this computer from being damaged if there is a splash of water hitting the keyboard.
HP Malaysia announced that the HP EliteBoard G1a will be offered in the Malaysian market at a price of RM5731 with an AMD Ryzen AI 5 Pro 340 CPU configuration, 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and 512GB of PCIe 5.0 SSD storage.
