MSI has shown off many new products during the Computex Taipei event recently, and one of them is the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ mobile PC gaming console which is among the first gaming consoles to use the Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor chip.
The console comes with quite interesting specifications, including an 8″ LCD FHD+ 120Hz screen display with VRR and support for touch functions. It is powered by the Intel Arc G3 series of processor chips with a memory and storage configuration of up to 32GB of LPDDR5X and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.
Recently, MSI has confirmed the price tag of the console for the US market, and their website has displayed a price tag of $1799 (~RM7431) for the Intel Arc G3 Extreme chip configuration and the same memory and storage offerings.
The MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ console is also set to go on sale on June 23, 2026, which is about five days from today, but what we know about it right now is that it will only be available in the United States. We have reached out to MSI Malaysia to ask when this console will hit the local market, and whether the price tag will be similar to the US market.
