The iPhone Air is the thinnest smartphone offered by Apple. Despite having an attractive design, sales of the iPhone Air are reportedly not encouraging, which has caused other manufacturers to be afraid to offer a similar product. In a recent report in Bloomberg, Mark Gurman said that Apple is testing a new iPhone Air with a target release in early 2027.
The device is believed to be equipped with dual cameras compared to the original device with only one camera. Improvements have also been made to the now larger battery. Both of these changes will solve two of the biggest complaints of iPhone Air owners.
It makes little sense for a flagship device to only have one camera and the battery cannot last all day. It is not impossible because Android manufacturers like Tecno have already offered thin devices with large batteries and dual cameras this year.
