Garmin has launched the CIRQA, its first screenless fitness tracker, which is seen as a competitor to the Whoop Band and Google Fitbit Air. It is designed to be worn all day on the wrist or arm with a battery life of up to 10 days.
It can track heart rate, stress, skin temperature, body power, menstrual cycle & pregnancy tracking through skin temperature while sleeping, sleep tracking, respiration and skin temperature. There is a feature to automatically track over 80 activities. One drawback of the CIRQA compared to smartwatches is that it does not have built-in GPS.
It is sold for $200 in two sizes S-M and L-XL and color options Citron Gray, Mauve, French Gray, Dark Olive, Captain Blue, French Blue and Black.
